  • How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? It is recommended that you book us at a minimum of 1-2 months, preferably 6-12 months as it allows for better planning and preparation..

  • Can your DJ MC our event? Can you provide a microphone? Absolutely. We have high quality wireless microphones. I always work with a partner so that I am available to fully run the wedding reception..

  • What are your standard payment terms? 50% deposit with the balance due prior to the day of the event..

  • What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If the client is not satisfied with your event due to the Performer you are entitled to a full or partial refund of the balance, as determined by the client. This refund is not to exceed 100% of the fees for this service..

  • What is your event cancellation policy? The agreement may be canceled in writing, by either party, up until 30 days before the date of the engagement. Cancellation by The Client after 30 days and before 15 days of the engagement will result in one half of the agreed payment being sent to the Performer as full settlement of the Client’s financial obligation. Cancellation by the Client as of 15 days or less before the date of the engagement will result in full payment by The Client to the Performer. However, either party will be released from all financial obligations if its cancellation is due to Acts of God, riots, strikes, labor difficulties, epidemics, any act or order or any public authority or any other cause, similar or dissimilar, beyond the control of either party (“Force Majeure Event”). Specifically if either party must cancel due to a Force Majeure Event, the Performer shall refund any and all amounts paid by the Client. .

  • What type of equipment do you use? What special feature (lighting, etc) can you provide? I use a variety of equipment including Shure, Yamaha,QSC to name a few. I offer specialized lighting and video packages customized to meet your specific needs..

  • We want to meet and talk to the DJ that will be at our wedding reception, is that a problem? No, in fact I HIGHLY recommend it. You should always meet your DJ prior to signing any contract. As a wedding is such a personal event it is critical you hire the right entertainment that matches your style and desires for what the wedding reception should and can be..

  • How early do you typically arrive before an event? At least one (1) hour, preferably two (2) if possible to make sure we have plenty of time to set-up, coordinate with staff, run sound checks, and get dressed (i.e., tuxedos)..

  • How many weddings do you perform each year? Typically less than 25 as I seek to find the right client connection, those who value entertainment and know what it can do to make a reception a smashing success..

  • Do you bring backup equipment to the event? Do you have backup djs in case of sickness? Yes in both cases. In addition to backup equipment I am a member of the American Disc Jockey Association (ADJA) that is a national organization of disc jockeys throughout the country..

  • Can guests make song requests? How many (and what types) of CDs will the DJ bring to the event? We welcome requests. E-mail requests work best ahead of time and the day of the event you are welcome to encourage your guests to get their requests in. All our music is digital and we have thousands of songs and many genres of music available to meet almost any taste..

  • Do we need to provide a meal for the DJ during the event? No. As a professional DJ we are working at your event and need to be available throughout the duration. .

  • What happens prior to the wedding? When do you need our song list? Generally 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding most of the details should be finalized including the song list. I work closely with my clients in planning for the wedding ceremony and reception so nothing is left to chance..

  • Do you disc jockeys take any breaks or pauses from playing music? No. We are there through the whole event. There will always be a DJ at the booth to answer questions and to read the crowd making adjustments to the music and sound throughout the entire event..

  • What standard attire will the DJ wear to my function? May I request that the DJ wear a tuxedo? For weddings a tuxedo is the standard attire. Should you event be themed we can dress accordingly..

  • How many DJs do you have on staff? What is your qualification for hiring DJs Two, myself and a technical assistant. I own and operate the company so you know exactly who you are dealing with. No surprise DJs showing up at you special event..

  • What makes you different from other local disc jockeys? Why should someone hire you? Personality. Each disc jockey is different and has various abilities. I have worked hard to be a seasoned performer attending work shops, seminars, joining the American Disc Jockey Association. I have put the time and effort into being a better disc jockey and continue to gather feedback from my clients as to what I do well and where I can improve and do even better. I highly recommend you take the time to meet me and make up your own mind and see if we would be a good fit for each other..
