  • What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? $500 is the retainer. You may pay via pay pal or by cash or check. The balance is due 30 days before the wedding. .

  • Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? We have two photographers, Donna and John. We are not a mill and we do not subcontract to anyone..

  • How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? The earlier the better. Dates do fill fast. .

  • What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends? We follow trends but we never follow fads. This way your photographs will not look dated..

  • Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? We can use digital or film. That is up to you. We charge the same price either way. You are in control..

  • Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? You have the option of on line viewing at no extra charge. It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding is posted. .

  • What is included in your basic wedding packages? All packages include two photographers, 4x6 proofs, CD and on line viewing. For more info on each package please look at our web site..

  • What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? The retainer of $500 is not refundable..

  • How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? A blend of traditional with true photojournalism. Our client decribe us as artsy. .

  • How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? In most cases we do not charge a travel fee. We have worked all over California as well as internationally..

  • Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? YES! We usually shoot in both color and black and white. If you want all color or all black and white then that is fine too. .

  • Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? All wedding packages include two photographers. We always have at least two people working on your wedding day..

  • Can I keep the negatives? the proofs? Is there an extra charge for this service? How much? Proofs, CD's and negitives are always included in each package for no extra charge..

  • What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting? We bring plenty of back up cameras! We also check batteries and lighting equipment before we leave to photograph your wedding. We use film or digital cameras by Pentax..

  • What makes you different from other local photographers? Why should someone hire you? Client discribe our style of photography to be artsy. More story telling. A blend of traditional with true photojournalism. .

  • How quickly will I receive my prints? It depends on the season but usually about 6 to 8 weeks. .

  • How many weddings have you photographed? In the high hundreds. .

  • How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? It depends on the package you choose. We do not limit the photos we take. It is anywhere between 400 to 2000. We are here to serve you so if you have a pose you like, let us know..
